Irving Black Arts Council: Artistic Expressions from Within

The Irving Black Arts Council celebrates Black History Month with an annual art exhibit to introduce and promote the work of Metroplex-area artists. This year, they featured the work of seven gifted female artists who took on the challenge of creating work on the theme, “Artistic Expressions from Within.” Susan Stephens attended the reception and spoke with the artists about their work.
