Police Chief Jeff Spivey Sworn In - Jeff Spivey is Irving's new Police Chief. Spivey joined the Irving Police Department in 1986. His career experience spans numerous divisions, including patrol and criminal investigation. Since 2008, he has led each command services bureau: investigative, administrative and operations. Over the years, Spivey has developed programs that have helped forge strong relationships throughout Irving’s diverse community.
