Texas and Neighbors 2016 - The Irving Art Association celebrates its’ 31st year with the annual Texas and Neighbors Regional Juried Art Show. This shows features art ranging from classic media like oil and watercolor to photography and mixed media from artists throughout Texas and surrounding states. That’s a lotta art.
