Irving Upgrading Large Water Meters - As part of the City of Irving's ongoing focus on improving infrastructure, Water Utilities teams installed new sensors on some of the city's large water meters. Those meters serve hospitals, hotels, and other major water users. While large meters makeup only 1% of the city’s total system, they account for 30% of water revenue.
