U.S. Navy Veteran Receives Mortgage-Free Home - U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Third Class Luisa Velez has a new, mortgage-free home in Irving. Operation Finally Home worked with partners, including the City of Irving, to make it happen. Watch this video to see some of the highlights from the emotional dedication day. The Dallas Builders Association, Winston Custom Homes, NEC Corporation, and numerous other businesses, volunteers, and donors made this possible. The City of Irving has lots set aside for two more homes for veterans through Operation Finally Home.
