Clear the Shelters 2020 - "With new precautions in place for safety, Irving Animal Services and the DFW Humane Society celebrate another successful year of Clear the Shelters. The nationwide campaign started in Irving and spread nationally through a partnership with NBC. During this year's Clear the Shelters, people adopted 259 animals. That total exceeded expectations at the Animal Care Campus. The percentage of available animals adopted surpassed the 2019 total. See animals still available for adoption:
