New Playground Opens at Lively Elementary

"The City of Irving and the Irving Independent School District joined together to celebrate a new playground at Lively Elementary School.

City of Irving bond funds paid for the construction of the playground, which is open to neighborhood residents when school is not in session.

Lively Elementary is located at 1800 Plymouth Drive."
