Department directors went head to head at the Irving Arts Center, as senior management from the City of Irving set out to win a prize for the best Christmas tree.  All of the trees were beautiful, so lovely in fact, that it took an ugly Christmas sweater competition to decide the winner.  Amshi Stephenson has the story.
