Irving Police and Firefighters put the spice in the holidays with their annual Blue Christmas Chili Cook Off.  Chili cooks, craft vendors and more help Irving’s finest kick off their annual toy drive with good cheer and great chili.  Blue Christmas helps to bring some holiday joy to families in need at Christmas time.   Jaelynn Green reports.
