Jack D. Huffman Community Building Dedication - Family members, friends, and colleagues turned out as the former Central Library is dedicated as the Jack D. Huffman Community Building. The building houses the Irving Archives and Museum as well as The Study U.S.A. Huffman served as Irving City Manager from 1973 until 1993. It was a time of rapid growth for the city, and Huffman spearheaded many major projects.
