Training Exercise at the Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory - Irving’s emergency responders are now better prepared for something we all hope never happens – violence at a large, public concert event. It has happened in other cities, and now that Irving has a larger concert venue, the city wants to be ready. Irving’s Office of Emergency Management teamed up with the Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory to organize this large training exercise involving hundreds of people.
