Free Wi-Fi Coming to Several Irving Parks - Crews are installing Wi-Fi at several Irving Parks. By the end of June, Wi-Fi will also be available at West, Senter, and Lively Parks, as well as Levy Event Plaza and the West Irving Aquatic Center. Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds are paying for those improvements. Williams Square Plaza already has Wi-Fi available. TIF dollars paid for the service at that location.
