Irving CVB Recognizes High-Spirited Citizens

The Irving Convention and Visitors Bureau recognized High-Spirited Citizens during a special luncheon at the Convention Center. Residents nominate recipients who exemplify the spirit of volunteerism in the City of Irving. The ICVB Board then considers the nominations.
