Irving Virtual 4th of July - Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Irving Independence Day Parade, reception and Fireworks show is transitioning from live to virtual with the Irving Virtual Fourth Of July. Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) put together a celebration video that includes recent interviews and patriotic features, as well as interviews, photos and videos of past parades and musical performances dating to the ‘70s.
