Irving Convention & Visitors Bureau Honors High-Spirited Citizens of 2023

The Irving Convention and Visitors Bureau honored High-Spirited Citizens during a special event at the Irving Convention Center. The goal is to recognize and encourage the spirit of volunteerism within the city of Irving. To date, more than 400 of Irving's "unsung" heroes have been named High Spirited Citizens.
